Cancellation Policy

At DevBhumi Journey, we understand that plans can change. Below is our clear cancellation and refund structure to ensure a smooth process for our travelers.

Cancellation Charges

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the date of cancellation request:

Time of Cancellation	Cancellation Fee
30 Days or more before departure	15% of the Total Tour Cost
15 to 29 Days before departure	30% of the Total Tour Cost
07 to 14 Days before departure	50% of the Total Tour Cost
Less than 07 Days before departure	100% (No Refund)

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via email at devbhumijourney@gmail.com.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
• Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund will be borne by the traveler.

Postponement Policy

If you wish to postpone your trip instead of cancelling, please inform us at least 15 days in advance. Postponement is subject to availability and might incur a "Rescheduling Fee" depending on the season and hotel availability.
